Buckcherry - ConfessionsIt is really silly and pointless to try to analyze every new Buckcherry album. The band stable to its principles over the years, offers with it’s last album, the same thing as with all previous released – and that is, good ol’ American style, guitar driven hard rock. Their sound hasn’t changed a bit, with Aerosmith being still a huge influence and “sleaze” their orientation. “Confessions” is full of energetic, up-lifting and hook heavy tunes that made this band what they are. The “old fashioned” hard rock they perform still sounds contemporary and vivid, covering the same, not boring, issues about girls, booze, sex and rock n roll. Did anyone expected anything else by this band?
